المهام والمسؤوليات

1. الاستشارات والتوجيه للعملاء

• تقديم معلومات مفصلة حول قوانين تأسيس الأعمال، إجراءات الترخيص، والأنظمة القانونية في دولة الإمارات.

• تقديم استشارات متخصصة حول إصدار التأشيرات، فتح الحسابات البنكية، الضرائب، والامتثال القانوني.

2. التأسيس والترخيص

• مساعدة العملاء في إعداد وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة لتسجيل الشركات والحصول على التراخيص.

• التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية (دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، المناطق الحرة، وزارة الموارد البشرية، الهجرة، وغيرها).

• ضمان استيفاء العملاء لجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.

3. إدارة العلاقات والمبيعات

• توليد العملاء المحتملين من خلال الشبكات، التوصيات، والمنصات الرقمية.

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.

• تحديد فرص البيع الإضافي مثل التسجيل في ضريبة القيمة المضافة، خدمات المحاسبة، وضريبة الشركات.

4. الامتثال والتوثيق

• إرشاد العملاء حول التوثيق، التصديق، والترجمة القانونية للمستندات.

• التأكد من دقة المستندات المقدمة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• متابعة التحديثات المتعلقة بقوانين الأعمال في الإمارات وسياسات التأشيرات.

5. التنسيق وتحسين العمليات

• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والمستشارين القانونيين والجهات الخارجية لضمان تأسيس الشركات بسلاسة.

• متابعة حالة طلبات العملاء وتزويدهم بالتحديثات المستمرة.

• المساهمة في تحسين العمليات الداخلية لرفع كفاءة العمل وتجربة العميل.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو القانون أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في تأسيس الشركات أو تقديم الخدمات المؤسسية في دبي.

• معرفة قوية بقوانين تأسيس الشركات وإجراءات الترخيص والامتثال في الإمارات.

• مهارات اتصال وتفاوض ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (والعربية ميزة إضافية).

• قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والإيرادات.

• دقة عالية ومهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Advisory

• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable company formation types (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).

• Advise on UAE business laws, licensing processes, and compliance regulations.

• Provide expert support on visas, banking, taxation, and legal requirements.

2. Business Setup & Licensing

• Assist in preparing and submitting registration and licensing documents.

• Liaise with government authorities (DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) to secure approvals.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory steps are completed efficiently.

3. Relationship Management & Sales

• Generate leads via networking, referrals, and digital channels.

• Promote additional services such as VAT registration, accounting, and corporate tax compliance.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Guide clients on document notarization, attestation, and translation.

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documentation.

• Stay updated on UAE legal changes, visa rules, and market developments.

5. Coordination & Process Optimization

• Collaborate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external partners for seamless setup.

• Monitor client progress and provide regular status updates.

• Improve internal processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or related roles in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, licensing systems, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is a plus).

• Proven track record in sales and revenue generation.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and setup platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with Free Zones, DED, or corporate service firms in the UAE.

• Familiarity with visa procedures, tax registrations (VAT, Corporate Tax), and banking formalities.
