Job Title: Scrum Master – UAE Operations

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that the Scrum process is followed effectively and efficiently, aligning the Development Team with Scrum values and principles, while focusing on continuous improvement.

Role Purpose

The Scrum Master will ensure the successful application of the Scrum framework to facilitate collaboration and the delivery of high-quality products. This role involves guiding the development team in following the Scrum methodology and promoting an agile mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce the Scrum Process: Ensure that the Scrum process is being applied as intended and drive team compliance with Scrum values and principles.

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, and any other necessary team activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, focusing on Java/JEE/Spring development frameworks.

• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.

• Certifications in TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Solutions Architect.

• Demonstrated implementation of microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-native applications.
