1-Airfreight Export Operation Executive
Location: Dubai
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring work instructions from the Reporting Line Manager or higher management are executed correctly and in line with company policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day operations and customs-related activities.
Manage freight movement timely, securely, and cost-effectively while protecting the company’s image.
Receive booking details from network and customer service via email.
Open and execute jobs in CW1 system.
Check invoices, packing lists, and other export shipment documents.
Coordinate with airlines to arrange cargo bookings based on destination and customer expectations.
Coordinate with the shipper/customer service team on any discrepancies in shipping documents.
2-AF Import Operations Team Leader
Location: Dubai
Job Description:
Responsible for directing and coordinating daily air freight import operations.
Manage daily activities of all operational functions ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Receive pre-alerts from customer service.
Check invoices, packing lists, and other documents for discrepancies before shipment.
Coordinate with airlines for ETD and ETA of shipments.
Coordinate with customer service on shipping document discrepancies.
Arrange customs clearance based on invoices and packing lists received from shipper.
Perform MOFAIC attestation online for Spinneys invoices.
All food shipments must go through DM portal for IRS preparation.

التنسيق مع شركات الطيران لتحديد مواعيد المغادرة والوصول المتوقعة للشحنات.

التنسيق مع فريق خدمة العملاء لمعالجة أي اختلاف في مستندات الشحن.
