Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the launch of manufacturing processes for new or revised products
Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings in alignment with product revisions and Lean Manufacturing enhancements
Design, develop, and test plant-level manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to elevate process capability and quality
Source, cost-justify, and implement tools, machinery, and new equipment for improved methods
Analyze and solve workflow inefficiencies such as bottlenecks, load balancing, and production waste
Make critical decisions, resolve production issues, and oversee project execution for manufacturing success
Prepare and oversee facility or equipment layout drawings using CAD engineering tools
Provide technical guidance on all manufacturing-related operations
Recommend and execute improvements to manufacturing processes, methods, and controls
Collaborate on quoting and order management processes by providing essential technical data
Document production procedures and prepare technical reports as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
Proven experience in designing and improving manufacturing processes
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering documentation
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Effective communicator and team collaborator

بصفتك مهندس تصنيع، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ عمليات وأنظمة تصنيع فعالة تركز على خفض التكاليف، الحفاظ على جودة عالية، وضمان إمكانية التصنيع عند تصميم منتجات جديدة. ستوفر الدعم الفني لحل المشكلات المعقدة التي تظهر أثناء عمليات الإنتاج، مع اعتماد نهج التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).
المهام والمسؤوليات
تنسيق إطلاق عمليات التصنيع للمنتجات الجديدة أو المعدلة
إنشاء وتحديث قوائم المواد (BOMs) وخطوات الإنتاج (Routings) بما يتماشى مع التعديلات أو تحسينات الكفاءة
تصميم وتطوير واختبار عمليات ومعدات وأنظمة تصنيع على مستوى المصنع لتحسين الجودة والاستعداد للتصنيع
تصميم واختبار وتبرير التكاليف للمعدات والأدوات لتحسين طرق التصنيع
تحليل المشكلات في تدفق الإنتاج مثل الاختناقات، توزيع الأحمال، وهدر العمليات
اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة وحل المشكلات والإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع لضمان النجاح التصنيعي
إعداد أو الإشراف على إعداد تصاميم المنشآت أو المعدات باستخدام برامج CAD
تقديم الإرشاد الفني في أنشطة التصنيع
اقتراح وتنفيذ التحسينات في عمليات وأساليب الرقابة التصنيعية
دعم عمليات التسعير وإدارة الطلبات بتقديم البيانات الفنية المطلوبة
كتابة الإجراءات الفنية والتقارير اللازمة
المؤهلات المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو هندسة التصنيع
خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتحسين العمليات التصنيعية
معرفة قوية بمنهجيات Lean Manufacturing
إجادة استخدام برامج CAD والوثائق الهندسية
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وإدارة المشاريع
قدرة عالية على التواصل والعمل الجماعي
