About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Communications and PR Manager to lead internal and external communications efforts. This role is essential for enhancing brand visibility, managing media relationships, and driving employee engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

Public Relations Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a robust PR strategy to elevate the company’s profile
Build strong media relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
Pitch news, press releases, and stories to secure valuable media coverage
Oversee the creation and distribution of press materials and media kits

Internal Communications

Lead employee communication strategies to foster alignment and culture
Create engaging content such as newsletters, intranet posts, and updates
Advise leadership on internal messaging, announcements, and change comms
Partner with HR to support employee satisfaction through transparent comms

Content Creation & Management

Produce content for website, blog, social media, and marketing channels
Write speeches, thought leadership pieces, and executive articles
Ensure message consistency by collaborating with marketing and sales

Requirements

Proven experience in PR, communications, and media relations (preferably in real estate)
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
Strong network of media contacts is a plus
Experience with internal comms strategies and cross-departmental collaboration
Strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to manage crises when needed
