 Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – Regional Payroll Expert | Based in UAE 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead implementations and support across the UAE, Oman, and KSA. The ideal candidate is an expert in regional payroll configurations, compliance, and optimization within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

Details

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Payroll

• Focused expertise in UAE (WPS), Oman (statutory deductions), and KSA (GOSI & EOSB) payroll configurations

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Execute configuration, validation, UAT support, and defect resolution

• Ensure localization and compliance with regional labor laws

• Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM project implementations

• Proven track record in UAE, Oman, and KSA payroll configuration

• Strong knowledge of HDL, HSDL, fast formulas, business rules, and data models

• Deep understanding of regional payroll compliance and reporting standards

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is a plus

• إعدادات مخصصة لرواتب الإمارات (WPS)، عمان (الاقتطاعات القانونية)، والسعودية (التأمينات الاجتماعية ونهاية الخدمة)

• تحليل المتطلبات وتحويلها إلى حلول وظيفية فعالة

• تنفيذ الاختبارات، دعم UAT، وحل المشكلات الفنية

• ضمان التوافق مع قوانين العمل المحلية والتقارير التنظيمية

• تدريب المستخدمين ونقل المعرفة إلى فرق الموارد البشرية والرواتب

• تقديم دعم شامل بعد التشغيل وتحسين النظام باستمرار

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تنفيذ أنظمة Oracle HCM Cloud

• تنفيذ مشروعين كاملين على الأقل ضمن بيئة Oracle Cloud

• خبرة مثبتة في إعداد رواتب الإمارات، عمان، والسعودية

• إلمام تام بـ HDL، HSDL، الصيغ السريعة، قواعد العمل ونماذج البيانات

• فهم قوي لمتطلبات الامتثال والتقارير الخاصة بالمنطقة

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل وحل مشكلات متميزة

• شهادة Oracle HCM Cloud (ميزة إضافية)
