Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and Curriculum Development:

  • Lead courses in Public Relations, curriculum development, and course management to support the College’s public relations activities.

  • Teach undergraduate students effectively in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Ensure that teaching is informed by contemporary research and promotes critical thinking, debate, and rational discourse.

• Research and Scholarly Activity:

  • Actively engage in research and scholarly activities related to public relations.

  • Contribute to projects at the course and college levels aimed at enhancing student practical experience in the industry.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Public Relations or a related field, or an MA with substantial professional experience in the Public Relations industry.

• Evidence of scholarly or creative activity in public relations.

• Strong teaching ability and experience in delivering high-quality education to undergraduate students.

• Practical experience in the public relations field.

• Ability to teach in both Arabic and English.

• A demonstrated commitment to community service and engagement.

• Ability to reflect critically on teaching practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic quality.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• التدريس وتطوير المناهج:

• قيادة دورات دراسية في مجال العلاقات العامة، تطوير المناهج، وإدارة الدورات الأكاديمية لدعم الأنشطة الأكاديمية في العلاقات العامة.

• تدريس الطلاب الجامعيين بكفاءة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• التأكد من أن التدريس يعتمد على الأبحاث المعاصرة ويعزز التفكير النقدي والجدل والمنطق.

الشروط

• دكتوراه في العلاقات العامة أو في مجال ذي صلة، أو ماجستير مع خبرة مهنية كبيرة في صناعة العلاقات العامة.

• إثبات الأنشطة البحثية أو الإبداعية في مجال العلاقات العامة.

• قدرة تدريسية قوية وخبرة في تقديم التعليم الجيد للطلاب الجامعيين.

• خبرة عملية في مجال العلاقات العامة.

• القدرة على التدريس باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• التزام واضح بالخدمة المجتمعية والمشاركة المجتمعية.

• القدرة على التفكير النقدي في ممارسات التدريس والمساهمة في تحسين الجودة الأكاديمية المستمرة.
