Your Mission

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle – partnering with hiring managers, sourcing exceptional talent, and creating seamless candidate experiences. You’ll play a vital role in building high-performing, culture-driven teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and job requirements

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and industry events

Create engaging job postings and structured screening tools

Conduct interviews, assessments, and guide candidates through the hiring process

Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and analyze key hiring metrics

Organize and represent the company in career fairs and recruitment events

Nurture a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

1–2 years experience in real estate hiring (preferred but not mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields

Proven success in sourcing through LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, and similar platforms

Strong command of interview techniques and ATS systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver results
