Operations Specialist

UAS International Trip Support
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and acknowledge new requests; prepare new trip files ensuring necessary information has been received.
Liaise with Flight Planning to define the planned routing; verify and plot the route using in-house software.
Prepare and transmit permit, PPR, slot requests, ground handling, and fuel requests.
Deal with all vendors in support of your client's operation.
Ensure that agents and vendors selected are correct for the tasks required and in line with company policies.
Prepare and provide detailed handovers for the next shift, as coordinated by the SOM/QCM/SOS.
Provide careful flight watch of every client operation. The tracking of flights on a live basis is as important as getting the planning stage correct.
Provide regular status and progress updates to clients regarding the confirmations and approvals of their required services.
Provide a clear and comprehensive final Flight Briefing document to the client, in liaison with Flight Planning when applicable.
Carefully and efficiently plan and process client requests in accordance with statutory requirements and company policy as defined in the SOP Manual.

Accounts Coordinator

Proactively follow up with fuel suppliers and vendors to obtain invoices on time.
Ensure invoices received align with agreed-upon rates and services provided.
Receive and review trip files from the Operations team and distribute them to the Billing division for timely processing.
Maintain proper filing and organization of trip-related financial documents.

Marketing Lead

Lead brand positioning and messaging across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to ensure consistency and impact.
Leverage consumer, category, and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies and identify market opportunities.
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and retargeting.
Drive growth and engagement across all social media platforms through innovative content, influencer partnerships, and real-time engagement.
Monitor digital performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to maximize digital impact.
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating offline and online initiatives for maximum reach and conversion.

التنسيق مع التخطيط للطيران لتعريف المسار المخطط؛ التحقق ورسم المسار باستخدام البرنامج الداخلي.
تحضير وإرسال طلبات التصاريح، PPR، طلبات الأماكن، طلبات التعامل الأرضي وطلبات الوقود.
التعامل مع جميع الموردين لدعم عملية العميل.
التأكد من أن الوكلاء والموردين المختارين مناسبين للمهام المطلوبة ومتوافقين مع السياسات الخاصة بالشركة.
تحضير وتوفير تسليمات مفصلة للنوبة التالية بالتنسيق مع SOM/QCM/SOS.
متابعة عملية كل رحلة للعميل بعناية. تتبع الرحلات بشكل مباشر لا يقل أهمية عن التحضير السليم في مرحلة التخطيط.
تقديم تحديثات حالة منتظمة للعميل بشأن التأكيدات والموافقات على خدماتهم المطلوبة.
تقديم وثيقة إحاطة نهائية شاملة للرحلة للعميل، بالتنسيق مع التخطيط للطيران عند الاقتضاء.
التخطيط ومعالجة طلبات العملاء بكفاءة ووفقًا للمتطلبات القانونية وسياسات الشركة كما هو محدد في دليل الإجراءات التشغيلية.
