Job Description:

Royal Swiss Auto Services is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join its growing team. This role is a key contact point between customers and workshop operations, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect customer vehicles according to company procedures

• Accurately document customer concerns and service requests in the CRM system

• Clearly explain repair scopes and provide cost estimates

• Coordinate with technical teams for precise diagnostics

• Monitor job progress and ensure on-time completion

• Verify completed work, prepare invoices, and manage vehicle handovers

• Recommend future maintenance services and follow up with customers

• Support reporting and assist with tracking service metrics

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and workflow organization

• Fluent in English; Arabic is mandatory

• Detail-oriented and team player

• UAE experience preferred; immediate availability is a plus

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مستشارين خدمة متمرسين للانضمام إلى فريق Royal Swiss Auto Services. يمثل هذا الدور حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين العملاء وعمليات الورشة لضمان تنسيق الخدمات وتقديم تجربة مرضية للعملاء.

المهام الرئيسية:

• استقبال وفحص المركبات وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة

• توثيق طلبات العميل بدقة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء

• شرح تفاصيل الصيانة والتكاليف للعملاء

• التنسيق مع الفنيين لتحديد الأعطال بدقة

• متابعة سير العمل وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد

• إصدار الفواتير وتسليم المركبة بعد التأكد من الإنجاز

• اقتراح خدمات مستقبلية ومتابعة ما بعد الخدمة

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال استشارات الخدمة، ويفضل في قطاع السيارات

• مهارات تواصل عالية وخدمة عملاء

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية شرط أساسي

• إلمام بأنظمة CRM وتنظيم العمل

• الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في السوق الإماراتي
