Key Responsibilities

Commission Management & Project Leadership

• Manage and lead MEP-specific deliverables within larger project frameworks

• Oversee project stages from feasibility and budgeting through tender and delivery

• Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors to maintain cost alignment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role

• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, estimation, and the UAE supply chain

• Demonstrated leadership in cost planning and procurement strategy

• Skilled in producing cost plans and tender documentation

• Strong presentation and client communication abilities
