Job Positions

1- Procurement Officer M/F

• Location: Abu Dhabi

• Contract Type: Temporary work contract

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Main Duties:

  • Prepare and issue RFQs to approved vendors based on project requirements

  • Evaluate supplier quotations ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements

  • Assist in bid tabulations and participate in supplier selection in coordination with project teams

2- Project Manager – Commissioning Services Contract M/F

• Location: Abu Dhabi

• Contract Type: Temporary work contract

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Contract Length: 8-12 months with possible extension

• Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage four major workstreams under the service contract: CSU engineering support, manpower sourcing, commissioning equipment supply and logistics, and development of ؟

  • Operating Manuals and Field Operating Procedures

  • Act as the key interface with the client and lead internal coordination

  • Ensure risk management, quality, budget, and timeline control across all project phases

1- موظف مشتريات Procurement Officer (ذكور/إناث)

• الموقع: أبو ظبي

• نوع العقد: عقد عمل مؤقت

• طبيعة العمل: دوام كامل

• المهام الرئيسية:

  • إعداد وإصدار طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQs) للموردين المعتمدين حسب احتياجات المشروع

  • تقييم عروض الموردين لضمان توافقها مع المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية

  • المساعدة في مقارنة العروض والمشاركة في اختيار الموردين بالتنسيق مع فرق المشروع

2- مدير مشروع – عقد خدمات التكليف Project Manager – Commissioning Services Contract (ذكور/إناث)

• الموقع: أبو ظبي

• نوع العقد: عقد عمل مؤقت

• طبيعة العمل: دوام كامل

• مدة العقد: من 8 إلى 12 شهراً مع إمكانية التمديد

• المهام الرئيسية:

  • إدارة أربعة مجالات عمل رئيسية ضمن عقد الخدمات: دعم الهندسة، توفير الموارد البشرية، توريد معدات التكليف واللوجستيات، وتطوير أدلة التشغيل وإجراءات العمل الميدانية

  • التواصل الرئيسي مع العميل وقيادة التنسيق الداخلي

  • ضمان إدارة المخاطر والجودة والميزانية والجدول الزمني لجميع مراحل المشروع
