MEP / AutoCad Draftsman (Construction Background)

Job Description:

Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and designers and MEP engineers.

Critically review the relevant documents prior to start of site works and prepare MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.

Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting design

Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.

Report to Design Manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work.

Requirements:

Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).

Ability to draw manually favorable.

Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

30 years old and below (Male candidate).

Diploma/University Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Design Engineering

At least 2-5 years of experience (UAE) in MEP Field and MEP design detailing

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, and Auto Cad is required

MEP Project Manager (Arabic Only)

Job Description:

  Fully in-charge of an Electro/Mechanical Project

  Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.

  Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project.

  To ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.

  Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.

  Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project.

  Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.

  To be overall responsible for overseeing and effective execution of all project related activities under the instructions of the Al Mawarid Management

  To determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).

  To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)

  To arrange timely obtaining of all clearances, approvals, permissions, etc as may require from time to time from any of the statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.

  To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in co-ordination with the Planning Engineer.

  To receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc and transmit, communicate and arrange effective action in co-ordination with the Al Mawarid Management

المسمى الوظيفي:

يشرف على إعداد الرسومات الفنية بناءً على الرسومات الأولية والمواصفات والحسابات من المهندسين والمساحين والمصممين ومهندسي السباكة والكهرباء والسباكة.

مراجعة الوثائق ذات الصلة بشكل نقدي قبل بدء أعمال الموقع وإعداد حسابات MEP لرسومات HVAC والسباكة والأنابيب ومحطات الطاقة الفرعية الصغيرة والأعمال الكهربائية.

  لضمان إتمام المشروع بنجاح ضمن الميزانية وفي الوقت المحدد.
