Freelance Sales Representative – Interior Fit-Out & MEP Contracting

About Us

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in interior fit-out and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting. We provide high-quality, turnkey solutions across various sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality.

Job Description

We are looking for a freelance sales representative with a strong network and a passion for sales in the construction and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and bringing in project leads for our interior fit-out and MEP contracting services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new clients and project opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors
Present company services to prospective clients and close sales
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project handovers

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out and MEP sectors
Must have own visa (Freelance/Residency)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Compensation & Benefits

Commission-based income – Attractive percentage per project secured
Travel and housing allowance will be provided

تقديم خدمات الشركة للعملاء المحتملين وإتمام عمليات البيع
التنسيق مع فريق العمليات لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح

المتطلبات

خبرة مثبتة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاعات الديكور الداخلي وأنظمة MEP
يجب أن يكون لديه تأشيرة خاصة (مستقل/إقامة)
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف
