Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and standing for extended periods.

Capable of handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff, visitors, and clients as requested.

Ensure that beverage supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.) are always available and stocked.

Clean and maintain the tea/coffee making area, ensuring it is hygienic and organized.

Ensure prompt service of beverages during meetings or breaks.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in sales with experience

إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية وإعداد التقارير عنها.

- معرفة جيدة بالمعاملات المحاسبية المدخلة في النظام.

خبرة جيدة في الحسابات الدائنة، والحسابات المدينة، وتسويات الحسابات، ومعرفة ضريبة القيمة المضافة، وما إلى ذلك.

خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في المحاسبة / المالية مع شهادة معتمدة من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

عامل نظافة مكتب ذكر/أنثى

المتطلبات البدنية:

القدرة على أداء المهام البدنية مثل الرفع والتنظيف والوقوف لفترات طويلة.

القدرة على التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية ومعدات التنظيف بأمان.
