Contracts Manager - Gulf Services

Key Responsibilities Tender phase:

Negotiate main contractual documents with Tender and Sales teams, with the support and assessment of all required SMEs. Monitor contractual commitments (Coming into Force, Liabilities, claims, and Variation orders et al.)

Review and highlight key contractual and/or operational risks to ensure compliances to Schneider Electric policies.

Perform contract reviews (including terms and conditions) in accordance with the rules of engagement and in consultation with Legal and SRM ( Solution Risk Manager).

Perform GAP analysis of final contracts against agreed and approved mandate.

Key Responsibilities Execution Phase:

Support project managers in contractual matters with both customers and subcontractors in a timely and effective manner.

Draft contractual correspondence in consultation with Legal as required.

Support the deployment of corporate guidelines, CPP change order & claim management, and best practices.

Assists PM to defend claims if any such as LDs, stand by cost made against SE.

Advise on the implementation of suspension notices during execution and recommend strategies to optimize Schneider Electric's capacity to claim compensations in case of suspension or termination.

 Global Internal Auditor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is highly desirable.

At least 8-10 years of relevant audit experience, with 4+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in using audit software and data analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical and good writing skills

Well-developed public speaking ability

Fast learner, objective, straightforward, eager, enthusiastic, and motivated

Organized, results oriented, “go-getter”

Teamwork and cooperation - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint,

مدير العقود - خدمات الخليج

المسؤوليات الرئيسية مرحلة العطاء:

التفاوض على الوثائق التعاقدية الرئيسية مع فرق المناقصات والمبيعات، بدعم وتقييم جميع الخبراء المطلوبين. مراقبة الالتزامات التعاقدية (النفاذ، الالتزامات، المطالبات، وأوامر التغيير، وغيرها).

مراجعة وتسليط الضوء على المخاطر التعاقدية و/أو التشغيلية الرئيسية لضمان الامتثال لسياسات شركة شنايدر إلكتريك.

إجراء مراجعات العقود (بما في ذلك الشروط والأحكام) وفقًا لقواعد المشاركة وبالتشاور مع القسم القانوني ومدير مخاطر الحلول.

إجراء تحليل الفجوة للعقود النهائية مقابل التفويض المتفق عليه والموافق عليه.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية لمرحلة التنفيذ:

دعم مديري المشاريع في المسائل التعاقدية مع كل من العملاء والمقاولين من الباطن بطريقة فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب.

صياغة المراسلات التعاقدية بالتشاور مع القسم القانوني حسب الحاجة.

دعم نشر المبادئ التوجيهية للشركات، وإدارة أوامر التغيير والمطالبات في خطة معاشات التقاعد الكندية، وأفضل الممارسات.

يساعد رئيس الوزراء في الدفاع عن المطالبات إذا وجدت مثل LDs، وتكاليف الوقوف ضد SE.

تقديم المشورة بشأن تنفيذ إشعارات التعليق أثناء التنفيذ والتوصية باستراتيجيات لتحسين قدرة شركة Schneider Electric على المطالبة بالتعويضات في حالة التعليق أو الإنهاء.

 المدقق الداخلي العالمي

المؤهلات :

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).

تعتبر الشهادات المهنية مثل المدقق الداخلي المعتمد (CIA)، أو المحاسب العام المعتمد (CPA)، أو المدقق المعتمد لأنظمة المعلومات (CISA) مرغوبة للغاية.

ما لا يقل عن 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة في التدقيق ذات الصلة، مع 4 سنوات أو أكثر في دور إشرافي أو إداري.

معرفة قوية بمبادئ التدقيق والممارسات والمعايير.

مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل.

الكفاءة في استخدام برامج التدقيق وأدوات تحليل البيانات.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
