Position Overview
As a Passenger Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to all passengers, including VIPs and those with special needs. You will ensure safety protocols are followed and high service standards are consistently maintained in compliance with airline expectations and regulatory requirements.
Passenger Experience Excellence
Welcome passengers warmly and guide them efficiently to appropriate service areas
Verify identification, check travel documents, and issue boarding passes with accuracy
Weigh, label, and load baggage while ensuring compliance with airline and security regulations
Provide up-to-date flight information, support with gate changes, delays, or cancellations
Assist passengers with special requirements or needs in a professional and courteous manner
Operational Readiness
Assign counters and confirm availability of necessary stationery in line with airline needs
Ensure all check-in systems and equipment are operational prior to opening counters
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery and efficient workflows
Financial Accountability
Prepare charge notes in accordance with published tariffs and collect cash when applicable
Issue excess baggage and miscellaneous coupons as per airline procedures

الجاهزية التشغيلية
توزيع الكاونترات وضمان توفر المستلزمات حسب متطلبات شركات الطيران
التأكد من أن جميع أنظمة الكاونتر تعمل قبل بدء عمليات تسجيل الركاب
التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لضمان انسيابية وسلاسة الخدمة
الالتزامات المالية
إعداد مذكرات التحصيل وفق التعرفة المعتمدة وجمع المبالغ النقدية عند الحاجة
إصدار قسائم الأمتعة الزائدة أو القسائم الأخرى حسب متطلبات الإجراءات
