Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 5+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical process engineering

Role Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will develop preliminary process schematics during feasibility studies, design plant systems, prepare datasheets, and supervise process drawings (PFD, P&ID, MSD). You will use software such as HYSYS to develop heat and material balances, perform pressure drop calculations, and oversee safety instrumentations. Your work will cover complete oil and gas plant design including offsite utilities, flare systems, water treatments, and polyolefins processes. You will also participate in project and safety reviews with clients from conceptual to detailed design phases.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
Knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI standards and related codes
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to travel medium to long term as required
Strong team leadership and supervision skills.

تعلن شركة PES ENGINEERING الرائدة في خدمات الهندسة متعددة التخصصات في مجالات النفط والغاز والطاقة المتجددة والبتروكيماويات عن حاجتها إلى مهندسين عمليات أول ذوي خبرة في تصميم وحدات البولي أوليفينات.

وصف الوظيفة

بصفتك مهندس عمليات أول، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير المخططات الأولية للعمليات خلال مرحلة دراسة الجدوى، وتصميم أنظمة المصنع، وإعداد جداول البيانات، والإشراف على رسومات العمليات (PFD، P&ID، MSD). ستستخدم برامج مثل HYSYS لتطوير توازنات الحرارة والمواد، وحساب هبوط الضغط، والإشراف على أدوات السلامة. يشمل عملك التصميم الكامل لمصانع النفط والغاز بما في ذلك المرافق الخارجية وأنظمة التفجير ومعالجة المياه وعمليات البولي أوليفينات. كما ستشارك في مراجعات المشاريع والسلامة مع العملاء من المراحل المفاهيمية حتى التصميم التفصيلي.
