Welders (Oil & Gas Experienced)

 Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Welder

Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick welding

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Welding certification(s) are a plus (AWS, etc.)

Construction Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and E&I works depending on project scope.

Ensure all work is executed as per ADNOC specifications, drawings, and project requirements.

Monitor contractor performance, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and productivity to ensure targets are met.

Enforce ADNOC HSE policies and lead daily toolbox talks and job safety analyses (JSAs).

Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure inspection and testing compliance before proceeding to the next activity.

Issue and manage site instructions, permits, and construction documentation in accordance with ADNOC procedures.

Interface with ADNOC site representatives, PMC, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical and site issues.

Maintain detailed daily reports, progress tracking, material usage, and manpower logs.

Participate in progress review meetings, walkdowns, and punch list closures.

Ensure strict adherence to work permit systems and control of high-risk activities (hot work, working at height, confined space, lifting operations).

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

Minimum 3 to 5 years of construction supervision experience, with direct ADNOC project experience.

Familiarity with ADNOC construction standards, PTW systems, and HSE regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in reading construction drawings, method statements, and project schedules.

Proficient in using basic construction management tools and MS Office.

Fabricator (Oil & Gas Experience)

Responsibilities:

Fabricate metal parts and structures from blueprints and technical drawings

Operate tools such as grinders, shears, brakes, and cutting torches

Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately

Perform MIG/TIG welding as needed

Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter

Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Relevant trade certification is a plus
