Exciting Architectural Engineer Role in the UAE – Shape the Future of Construction
Responsibilities
Design, plan, and oversee architectural installations and construction projects. Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, layouts, and specifications. Develop material selections and construction methods aligned with project needs. Lead and participate in coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Conduct daily safety briefings for contractors and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols on-site. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Oversee all site activities to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations. Perform regular site inspections to maintain quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain and update material submittals, drawings, and all project documentation. Lead remodeling, fit-out, and renovation projects from inception to handover.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Architectural Engineer or Designer. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or similar design software is advantageous. Strong understanding of layout, materials, lighting, color theory, and installation techniques. An impressive portfolio showcasing successfully completed architectural or design projects. Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and design sensibility.

تصميم وتخطيط والإشراف على التركيبات المعمارية ومشاريع البناء. إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات والمخططات والمواصفات التفصيلية. تطوير اختيار المواد وطرق البناء بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع. قيادة والمشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة. إجراء إيجازات السلامة اليومية للمقاولين وضمان الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة في الموقع. إدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والموارد للمشاريع بفعالية. الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الموقع لضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح. إجراء تفتيشات دورية لضمان الجودة والالتزام بالمواصفات. تحديث المستندات والرسومات والمواد الخاصة بالمشروع. قيادة مشاريع التجديد والتأهيل من البداية حتى التسليم.
الشروط
شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس معماري أو مصمم معماري. إتقان برنامج AutoCAD، ومعرفة بـ Revit أو برامج تصميم أخرى ميزة إضافية. فهم قوي لتخطيط المواقع، المواد، الإضاءة، نظرية الألوان، وتقنيات التركيب. محفظة أعمال قوية تعرض مشاريع معمارية أو تصميمية مكتملة. دقة عالية، إبداع، وحس تصميمي متميز.
