🛡 Security Guard

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a security guard
Physically fit and alert
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid SIRA or PSBD license preferred

Responsibilities:

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people
Report any suspicious behaviors or incidents
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

🎖 Security Supervisor

Qualifications:

Diploma or relevant certification in security management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Proficient in report writing and incident documentation
PSBD license required

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily security operations on-site
Lead and coordinate the security team
Conduct routine inspections and audits
Handle escalated security issues and emergencies
Train and mentor new security staff

👀 Watchman

Qualifications:

Basic education
Previous experience as a watchman or gatekeeper
Ability to stay alert during night shifts
Familiarity with safety and surveillance procedures

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises after hours
Ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the property
Log entries and exits of personnel or vehicles
Report irregularities or safety hazards to the supervisor
