Assembler I (Molding Operations)

Nordson Corporation
Location: United Arab Emirates (On-site)

  • Read and follow Work Instructions, Manufacturing Procedures, and Job Instruction Sheets.

  • Keep area around machines clean.

  • Label boxes for accepted parts with required work order information.

  • Visually inspect parts. Place acceptable parts in labeled box and seal box when the correct quantity is attained.

  • Place scrap parts in the appropriate red scrap bin.

  • Place sprues/runners into the appropriate container.

  • Notify Supervisor of any recurring defects identified.

  • Pull the correct number of samples per MP or JIS for QA Inspection. Label the bag with the date, machine number, part number, and shift.

  • Notify supervisor when leaving the workstation.

  • Ensure the material label on parts container matches the label on the grinder.

  • If the machine is down, assist other operators or clean the work area.

  • When the machine stops, notify the appropriate person immediately.

  • Check one shot from the machine hourly to ensure that none of the cavities are blocked and that all cavities are producing acceptable parts.

  • Adhere to all Atrion policies including safety, attendance, and personal hygiene requirements per the Atrion Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

  • Basic Math skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة المنطقة حول الآلات.

  • وضع علامات على الصناديق للأجزاء المقبولة مع المعلومات المطلوبة لأمر العمل.

  • فحص الأجزاء بصريًا. وضع الأجزاء المقبولة في الصندوق المسمى وإغلاق الصندوق عند الوصول إلى الكمية الصحيحة.

  • وضع الأجزاء التالفة في الحاوية الحمراء المناسبة.

  • وضع الحواف والممرات في الحاوية المناسبة.

  • إبلاغ المشرف بأي عيوب متكررة تم تحديدها.

  • سحب العدد الصحيح من العينات وفقًا لـ MP أو JIS للفحص من قبل قسم مراقبة الجودة. وضع العلامة على الكيس مع التاريخ ورقم الآلة ورقم الجزء والوردية.

  • إبلاغ المشرف عند مغادرة مكان العمل.

  • التأكد من أن ملصق المادة على حاوية الأجزاء يتطابق مع الملصق على المطحنة.

  • إذا كانت الآلة معطلة، يساعد المشغلون الآخرون أو ينظفون منطقة العمل.

  • عند توقف الآلة، إبلاغ الشخص المناسب فورًا.

  • فحص أحد اللقطات من الآلة كل ساعة لضمان عدم انسداد أي من التجاويف وأن جميع التجاويف تنتج أجزاء مقبولة.

  • الالتزام بجميع السياسات الخاصة بـ "أترين" بما في ذلك السلامة والحضور ومتطلبات النظافة الشخصية وفقًا لدليل موظفي "أترين".

  • مهارات رياضية أساسية.

التعليم

  • دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.

  • من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة و/أو التدريب، أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة مفضل.
