Job Description
Proper loading and unloading of vehicles, to ensure proper and safe transportation of goods.
Identify material and use proper lifting and handling tools and stack in the correct way as per the instruction given by Supervisors.
Picking of Outbound orders completely & accurately within given time frame.
Sort, Segregate and Bin the inbound shipments with complete accuracy in stipulated time frame.
Perform cycle count, physical stock check and consolidation to achieve stock integrity and maintain records of all activities as per instruction given by Warehouse Supervisor.
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the manager.

To be responsible for the safekeeping of company Material Handling Equipment and property.
To make sure the warehouse/yard should be proper and organized, get it cleaned always.
To be responsible for all warehouse related documents - to submit whenever required to Auditors/Management.
Report Inbound Shipments discrepancies immediately to Stock controller and Warehouse In charge.
To have a good communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and Branches. To make good working relationships with all.
Make sure complete the warehouse Inventory count as per the scheduled time/period.
To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines - HSSE.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Qualifications: High school cert or higher
Experience: 2-4 years of min exp
Skills: Basic MS Office, good communication skills

Responsibilities
Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order
Create level surfaces, grade slopes to specifications, remove material and thoroughly fill voids using plans and/or a surveyor as guidance
Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site
Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly
Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their Supervisor if maintenance is past due
Filling out performance records to report problems with equipment and track where and when it was used
Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected scraps or waste
Completing minor repair work as needed
Requirements

فحص المعدات قبل وبعد الاستخدام للتأكد من أنها في حالة عمل جيدة
إنشاء أسطح مستوية وتسوية المنحدرات حسب المواصفات وإزالة المواد وملء الفراغات تمامًا باستخدام الخطط و/أو المساح كدليل
قيادة أو التحكم في المعدات الثقيلة لإكمال المهام في موقع البناء
مراقبة الأداء وضبط الإعدادات حسب الحاجة لأداء المهام بشكل صحيح
تتبع الصيانة المجدولة للمعدات وإخطار المشرف عليها إذا تأخرت الصيانة
ملء سجلات الأداء للإبلاغ عن المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعدات وتتبع مكان وزمان استخدامها
تنظيف المعدات بعد الاستخدام والتخلص من أي قصاصات أو نفايات مجمعة
إكمال أعمال الإصلاح البسيطة حسب الحاجة
