Personalized Guest Experience: Provide a personalized and exceptional experience for each guest. Go the extra mile to understand guests' preferences, anticipate their needs, and ensure a tailored experience, creating a lasting impression.

Problem Resolution and Complaint Management: Handle escalated guest issues, complaints, and challenging situations. Address and resolve conflicts, find suitable solutions, and ensure guest satisfaction. Act as mediators and problem-solvers, working closely with other departments to deliver prompt resolutions.

VIP and Special Guest Services: Take charge of catering to VIPs, high-profile guests, and those with special requests or requirements. Arrange personalized services with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Relationship Building and Loyalty Programs: Actively promote loyalty programs, offer exclusive benefits, and collect feedback to enhance future experiences, thus increasing guest satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty. Play a crucial role in fostering guest loyalty and building long-term relationships. Engage with guests on a deeper level, developing rapport, and ensuring their needs are met consistently.

Creative Content Creation: Develop relevant and engaging content for social media channels. Act as a director, editor, and producer to ensure the most trending and engaging content is produced.

Monitor Engagement & Growth: Track social media engagement and traction while growing our audience. Keep up with current trends and initiate valuable collaborations.

Showcase Human Interest Features: Handle research and conduct pre-interviews when necessary. Coordinate shoots and ensure smooth production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content. Coordinate with guests and their staff.

Production Management: Coordinate location scouting during the pre-production phase. During production, act as producer and capture behind-the-scenes clips. Monitor content and ensure everything is managed timely. Ensure all necessary formats are taken from pictures to videos.

Post-Production & Social Media: Extract bits for social media during post-production. Identify the most engaging content and narrow down the interviews. Share relevant pieces for social platforms.

Budget & Trends Management: Potentially handle production budgets internally and externally. Keep up with current events and any regional news. Initiate content ideas and find relevant guests.
