Job Description:
Provide effective administrative support to the project including printing, telephone, and reception duties to facilitate effective communication and efficient operation of the project.

Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, engineers, site staff, and external contacts on behalf of the Project Office.
Coordinate and organize meetings/seminars within the project office, and with external clients, and assist in preparing presentations, agendas, and minutes.

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical mechanical inspector to join our team in Dubai, UAE. You will ensure the quality and compliance of mechanical systems on various construction projects across the city.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and building codes.
Daily coordination with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors.
Process incoming inspection and technical requests, and take necessary action as needed.
Senior Project Surveyor (SPS)
The Senior Project Surveyor will lead key elements of project delivery after contracting, both on-site and at client offices in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be expected to excel both independently and within a team.Job duties:
Achieving the highest standards of professional competence in dealing with clients and professional communications.
Experience in procurement and tendering.
Integrate with key members of the design team and client team.
Assist in evaluating claims.
Preparing monthly financial updates and cost reports.
Evaluate and assess progress payments and change requests.
Senior Structural Engineer
The lead structural engineer is responsible for all construction aspects of the project and must support its continued efficient progress. This role includes managing the structural inspection team.Job duties:
Implementation of complex technical and administrative activities related to contract compliance, quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) inspection for the structural scope.
Analyze applicable codes, standards, and project contract documents and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance.
Interpret or clarify contract documents for contractors.
Maintain and prepare daily/weekly progress reports, physical accounting records, change orders, and registration drawings.
Provide assistance to the project engineer/site engineer.
Supervise, direct and coordinate the inspection team.
Conduct weekly meetings with inspectors and project engineer.
electrical inspector
Join one of our projects in Abu Dhabi as an electrical inspector. You'll ensure contractors adhere to contract documents and coordinate daily with teams to document contractors' work and verify its quality and quantity.Responsibilities:
Read and understand contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
Ensure contractor compliance with contract standards and specifications through observation, measurements, and testing.
Maintain daily records of contractor's manpower and equipment.
Carry out site supervision and inspection operations as required or as instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
Document contractor personnel, equipment, activities observed, locations, and methods used.
Prepare report on material delivery and implementation of site instructions.
Implement and enforce all quality controls and procedures on site.

المساعدة في تقييم المطالبات.
إعداد التحديثات المالية وتقارير التكلفة الشهرية.
تقييم وتقدير مدفوعات التقدم وطلبات التغيير.
مهندس إنشائي أول
مهندس الإنشاءات الرئيسي مسؤول عن جميع الجوانب الإنشائية للمشروع، وعليه دعم التقدم المستمر بكفاءة. يشمل هذا الدور إدارة فريق التفتيش الإنشائي.مهام الوظيفة:
تنفيذ الأنشطة الفنية والإدارية المعقدة المتعلقة بالامتثال للعقد ومراقبة الجودة (QC) وتفتيش ضمان الجودة (QA) للنطاق الهيكلي.
تحليل القواعد والمعايير ووثائق عقود المشروع المعمول بها ومراقبة أنشطة البناء للتأكد من الامتثال.
تفسير أو توضيح وثائق العقد للمقاولين.
صيانة وإعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية / الأسبوعية، وسجلات المحاسبة المادية، وأوامر التغيير، ورسومات التسجيل.
تقديم المساعدة إلى مهندس المشروع / مهندس الموقع.
الإشراف على فريق التفتيش وتوجيهه وتنسيقه.
إجراء اجتماعات أسبوعية مع المفتشين ومهندس المشروع.
مفتش كهربائي
انضم إلى أحد مشاريعنا في أبوظبي كمفتش كهربائي. ستضمن التزام المقاولين بوثائق العقد، وستنسق يوميًا مع الفرق لتوثيق أعمال المقاولين والتحقق من جودتها وكميتها.المسؤوليات:
قراءة وفهم وثائق العقد والرسومات التفصيلية والمواصفات وتدابير الصحة والسلامة.
ضمان امتثال المقاول لمعايير ومواصفات العقد من خلال الملاحظة والقياسات والاختبار.
الحفاظ على سجلات القوى العاملة والمعدات اليومية للمقاول.
تنفيذ عمليات الإشراف على الموقع والتفتيش عليه عند الحاجة أو بناءً على تعليمات المهندس المقيم (RE) أو المهندس المقيم المساعد (ARE).
توثيق موظفي المقاول والمعدات والأنشطة التي تم ملاحظتها والمواقع والأساليب المستخدمة.
إعداد تقرير عن تسليم المواد وتنفيذ تعليمات الموقع.
تطبيق وإنفاذ جميع ضوابط الجودة والإجراءات في الموقع.
