• Job Description:
  This role is part of the Lebanese restaurant chain "Kaaki W Nos," under Mazrui International. Responsibilities include managing visas, government liaison, and handling public relations for the company.

2- Cost Controller (Inventory and Procurement) (Food & Beverage / Restaurants)

• Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site

• Level: Assistant

• Job Description:
  This position is within the Lebanese restaurant chain "Kaaki W Nos," part of Mazrui International. The Cost Controller ensures cost efficiency across all restaurant operations, including inventory management, procurement, recipe costing, waste tracking, and collaboration with culinary and operations teams.

  دور مراقب التكاليف يتمحور حول ضمان كفاءة التكاليف في جميع عمليات المطاعم، إدارة المخزون، مراقبة المشتريات والاستلام، الحفاظ على تكاليف الوصفات، وتقليل الهدر مع التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الطهي والعمليات.
