About the Role
Boopin is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Account Manager to lead client accounts, execute social media strategies, and ensure seamless campaign delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for daily communication, briefing internal teams, and maintaining high standards across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of social media campaigns across multiple client accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships through regular updates, reporting, and strategic insights

Oversee and support the creation of content calendars, captions, and campaign briefs

Lead internal and client-facing meetings, including brainstorming sessions and presentations

Coordinate with content, creative, and media teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution

Monitor content performance and deliver actionable performance reports

Provide strategic input on campaigns, growth tactics, and social platform trends

Mentor and manage junior team members (Senior Account Executives, Account Executives)

Identify opportunities to upsell services or improve client results

Ensure all content aligns with client branding, goals, and KPIs
Requirements

3–4 years of social media experience, including 2+ years in client-facing roles

Strong knowledge of major social platforms and campaign best practices

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently

Experience with client reporting, proposals, and strategy development

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Prior experience managing or mentoring team members
