Available Positions 

Senior Electrician

• Senior Electricians are responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in large facility settings. They lead teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes while diagnosing and solving complex electrical issues. Senior Electricians plan and coordinate projects, perform inspections, and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Their expertise helps maintain efficient and safe power distribution systems critical for building operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Senior Plumber

• Senior Plumbers supervise the installation and repair of piping systems for water supply, drainage, and sewage across large facilities. They ensure all plumbing work complies with local regulations and building codes. Senior Plumbers manage teams, troubleshoot complex plumbing problems, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Their skills ensure reliable water flow and sanitation systems that meet high standards of safety and hygiene. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are vital.

Senior HVAC Technician

• Senior HVAC Technicians manage the installation, servicing, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Mason

MEP Team Leader + Driver

They assign work to technicians, oversee safety protocols, and liaise with management. The role also requires driving responsibilities for transportation to sites and equipment delivery. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a valid UAE driving license are essential.

Electrician + Driver

• This combined role involves performing electrical maintenance and repair tasks while also handling driving duties to transport equipment and materials to job sites. Candidates must have solid electrical skills and a valid UAE driving license. الوظائف المتاحة 

كهربائي اول 

• كبار الكهربائيين مسؤولون عن الإشراف على التركيبات الكهربائية وصيانتها وإصلاحها في المنشآت الكبيرة. يقودون فرق العمل لضمان الامتثال لمعايير وقواعد السلامة أثناء تشخيص وحل المشكلات الكهربائية المعقدة. يخطط كبار الكهربائيين وينسقون المشاريع، ويجرون عمليات التفتيش،  ويقدمون التوجيه الفني للموظفين الجدد. تساعد خبرتهم في الحفاظ على أنظمة توزيع طاقة فعالة وآمنة، وهي ضرورية لعمليات المباني. مهارات القيادة والتواصل القوية ضرورية.

سباك اول

• يشرف كبار السباكين على تركيب وإصلاح أنظمة أنابيب إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي في المنشآت الكبيرة. ويضمنون توافق جميع أعمال السباكة مع اللوائح المحلية وقوانين البناء. يدير كبار السباكين فرق العمل، ويحلون مشاكل السباكة المعقدة، ويطبقون استراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية. تضمن مهاراتهم تدفقًا موثوقًا للمياه وأنظمة صرف صحي تلبي أعلى معايير السلامة والنظافة. ويُعد الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على حل المشكلات أمرًا بالغ الأهمية.

فني تكييف وتدفئة اول

• يُدير فنيو التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) كبارَ فنيي تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء. ويقودون فرق الصيانة لضمان التحكم الأمثل في المناخ وجودة الهواء داخل المباني. ويقوم هؤلاء المحترفون بتشخيص الأعطال، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش الدورية، وتطبيق ممارسات كفاءة الطاقة. كما يُرشد كبار فنيي التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء الموظفين المبتدئين، ويتعاونون مع مديري المرافق لتخطيط عمليات التحديث. ويُعد دورهم بالغ الأهمية لضمان راحة شاغلي المباني وكفاءة التشغيل.

رسام

• يقوم الرسامون بتحضير وتطبيق الطلاء والورنيش والتشطيبات الأخرى على الجدران والأسقف والأسطح. يقومون بتقييم حالة الأسطح، واختيار المواد المناسبة، واستخدام تقنيات طلاء متنوعة لتقديم تشطيبات عالية الجودة ومتينة. كما يقومون بإصلاح الأسطح ويضمنون الالتزام بمعايير السلامة أثناء العمل. تُحسّن مهاراتهم الحرفية من جمالية المنشآت وحمايتها. الخبرة في استخدام أنواع وأدوات الطلاء المختلفة مطلوبة .

النجار

• يقوم النجارون ببناء وتركيب وإصلاح الهياكل الخشبية، مثل الأبواب والنوافذ والقواطع والأثاث. يقرؤون المخططات، ويقيسون المواد بدقة، ويستخدمون الأدوات اليدوية والآلية لإنجاز عمل دقيق. يضمن النجارون المتانة والأداء الوظيفي والجمال في جميع مشاريع النجارة. ↚  
•  يتعاونون مع الحرف الأخرى للالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع والحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية. القوة البدنية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل أساسيان.

عامل بناء 

• يبني البنّاءون الجدران والأرضيات وغيرها من الهياكل ويصلحونها باستخدام الطوب والأحجار والكتل الخرسانية. ويفسرون الرسومات المعمارية لضمان دقة القياسات ومحاذاة الأسطح بشكل صحيح. ويضعون الملاط ويصقلون الأسطح بدقة متناهية لتلبية مواصفات السلامة والتصميم. ويوفر عملهم الأساس والمتانة اللازمين لبناء مبانٍ متينة. فالمهارة والقوة والدقة هي أساس النجاح في هذا الدور.

قائد فريق MEP + سائق

• ينسق قائد فريق أعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) ويشرف على أنشطة صيانة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة، ويضمن إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد وبجودة عالية. يُوزّع العمل على الفنيين، ويُشرف على بروتوكولات السلامة ، ويتواصل مع الإدارة. يتطلب هذا الدور أيضًا قيادةً لنقل المعدات إلى المواقع وتسليمها. تُعد القيادة القوية والمهارات التنظيمية ورخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية أمرًا أساسيًا.

كهربائي + سائق

• يتضمن هذا الدور المشترك أداء مهام الصيانة والإصلاح الكهربائية، بالإضافة إلى مهام القيادة لنقل المعدات والمواد إلى مواقع العمل. يشترط في المرشحين امتلاك مهارات كهربائية ممتازة ورخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول. كما يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على العمل باستقلالية، وضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد، والالتزام بلوائح السلامة.

متطلبات:

• فنيون كبار: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في شركات إدارة المرافق في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
• الفنيون: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركات إدارة المرافق في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
• شهادة ITI/دبلوم (تنطبق على الفنيين)
• الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات
• التواصل الجيد والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
