Interior Design Project Manager – Lead Creative Projects in the UAE 

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead interior design projects from inception through completion

• Plan, schedule, and budget effectively to meet project goals

• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Client Liaison

• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations

• Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships

Team Coordination

• Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

• Ensure work complies with design specifications and quality standards

Budget and Schedule Management

• Develop and monitor project budgets and expenses

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively resolving delays

Quality Control

• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality and design intent

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate contracts, change orders, and progress reports
