WE ARE HIRING... Medical Representative - Pharma Division
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting and selling Baby Milk Formulas and Dental Care products to healthcare professionals, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, educating them about the benefits of our milk formula and dental care products, and ensuring our brand’s growth and presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and detail the company’s milk formulas and dental care products to healthcare professionals including pediatricians, hospitals, clinics
Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate benefits
Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare
Provide product training and education, organizing seminars, conferences, workshops
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
Achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned territory
Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and provide timely reports to management
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience as Medical Representative promoting Milk Formulas, Pediatric Nutrition or Dental Care products
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of pediatric nutrition and milk formula products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales track record
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with high integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
