📌 Position Objective

This role supports business expansion through lead generation, partnership outreach, event coordination, and strategic growth initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads

• Conduct outreach to potential partners, collaborators, and clients

• Support pursuit and closing of large-scale business deals

• Coordinate events from planning and logistics to on-site execution

• Upsell and cross-promote products and services per targets

• Collaborate with Marketing for event collateral and setup

• Contribute to business growth strategy development and implementation

• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities

• Work closely with Business Development team and receive mentorship from department heads

• Undertake additional projects as assigned to support business goals
