Relationship Officer - Retail Banking Sales

Responsible for onboarding new customers for personal loans for EmiratesNBD Bank.

Requires high-level relationship building, account management, and excellent communication skills.

Prospect targeted segments through phone calls and face-to-face visits to meet sales standards.

Present and sell personal loan and other retail banking products and services ethically and professionally.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities.

Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.

Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, training, and coaching.

Complete mandatory compliance and fraud training as required by the bank.

Minimum one year of experience in personal loan sales in the UAE or home country.

Ability to identify potential customers with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual willing to learn and grow.

Sales profile requiring confidence, persistence, positive attitude, and good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and processes.
