Operating STP Plant, (Sewage Treatment Plant, MBBR(Moving Bed Bio Reactor) System.

Operating ETP Plant (Effluent Treatment Plant)

Doing Chemical dosing, PH maintain, document record and flow meter checking.

Checking & sample waste water.

Jar test and chemical alteration as required

Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable water.

Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes

Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps.

 Safety Officer

 1. HSE Program Development:

· Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSE programs that align with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

· Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.

2. Training and Education:

· Provide HSE training programs to employees, emphasizing safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices.

· Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to safety guidelines.

STP Operator & Electrical Technician

Operate and monitor sewage treatment processes and equipment, including pumps, aerators, clarifiers, and filtration systems.

Maintain optimal treatment performance by adjusting flow rates, chemical dosages, and operational parameters.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge standards.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor plant performance and identify potential issues.

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, control panels, and automation systems.

Perform electrical wiring, circuit testing, and diagnostics to ensure safe and efficient operation of all electrical components.

Work with engineers to install, upgrade, or replace electrical equipment as needed.

Assist with the calibration and troubleshooting of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and automation controls.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of plant equipment.

Address electrical faults, alarms, and breakdowns promptly to reduce operational interruptions.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.

AutoCAD Draftsman

Role and Responsibilities:

Create precise and detailed mechanical drawings for water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, to produce accurate technical drawings.

Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Interpret and incorporate mark-ups, redline changes, and design updates into drawings.

Develop bill of materials (BOM) and other necessary documentation to support the manufacturing and assembly processes.

Ensure that all drawings reflect the latest design revisions and modifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.

Stay informed about the latest advancements in drafting technologies and incorporate relevant tools and techniques into the design process.

Assist in the preparation of design documentation, technical manuals, and other project-related materials.

اختبار الجرة والتعديل الكيميائي حسب الحاجة

تشغيل وصيانة محطة التناضح العكسي لإنتاج مياه شرب ذات جودة مثالية.

صيانة وتشغيل عمليات الترشيح والمعالجة الكيميائية
