The curriculum is based on the Virginia State Learning Standards, reinforced by the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and the AP Program. Available Positions

1. Head of English Department

Lead the English Department and teach middle and high school EAL learners.
Candidates must hold an education degree in English and have at least 4 years of teaching experience.
Experience in leading a team or project is required.
Native-level speaker or IELTS score of 8 or above is required.
Experience with American or British curriculum preferred.

2. Biochemistry Teacher – August 2025

Teach biochemistry to middle and high school students.
Candidates should hold an education degree in Science, Chemistry, or Biology with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
Native-level speaker or IELTS score of 6 or above is required.
Experience with American or British curriculum preferred.

3. KG / Homeroom Teacher

Implement the American curriculum creatively and with cultural sensitivity.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Integrate technology and 21st-century skills into teaching.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.

4. Head of KG Section – Academic Year 2025-2026

Lead the Kindergarten section to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student well-being.
Responsible for curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and teacher mentoring.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required; Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred.
Minimum 5 years teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

5. English Teacher – Academic Year 2025-2026 (Rabdan)

Teach English language classes according to school standards.

6. Homeroom Teacher for Elementary / KG – Academic Year 2025-2026

Teach and manage classrooms in Elementary or KG levels.

7. KG Classroom Assistants – Academic Year 2025-2026

Support teachers in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.

الوظائف المتاحة

1. رئيس قسم اللغة الإنجليزية

قيادة قسم اللغة الإنجليزية وتعليم طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية الذين يتعلمون اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة إضافية (EAL).
يشترط حصول المتقدم على شهادة تعليمية في اللغة الإنجليزية، وخبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التدريس، وخبرة في قيادة فريق أو مشروع.
مطلوب مستوى ناطق أصلي أو شهادة IELTS بمعدل 8 أو أكثر.
يفضل من لديه خبرة في المناهج الأمريكية أو البريطانية.

2. معلم كيمياء حيوية – أغسطس 2025

تعليم طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية في مادة الكيمياء الحيوية.
يشترط شهادة تعليمية في العلوم أو الكيمياء أو الأحياء، وخبرة تدريس لا تقل عن سنتين.
مطلوب مستوى ناطق أصلي أو IELTS بمعدل 6 أو أكثر.
يفضل من لديه خبرة في المناهج الأمريكية أو البريطانية.

3. معلم رياض أطفال / معلم صف

مسؤول عن تنفيذ المنهج الأمريكي بطريقة مبتكرة وحساسة ثقافيًا.
خلق بيئة صفية داعمة وشاملة.
دمج التكنولوجيا ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في التعليم.
التعاون مع الزملاء وأولياء الأمور لدعم نمو الطلاب.

4. رئيس قسم رياض الأطفال (KG) للعام الدراسي 2025-2026

قيادة قسم رياض الأطفال وضمان أعلى معايير التعليم والرفاهية للطلاب.
مسؤول عن التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنفيذي للمناهج والتقييم والإشراف على المعلمين.
يشترط شهادة بكالوريوس في التعليم المبكر، ويفضل ماجستير في القيادة التربوية، مع خبرة 5 سنوات في التعليم المبكر وسنتين في القيادة.
