Do you have a passion for beauty, elegance, and making people smile? At Dia Flower, we don’t just sell flowers—we create unforgettable moments. We're looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Associate to join our boutique team and bring our floral magic to life!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them with their floral and gift needs

• Understand customer preferences and suggest the perfect bouquets or arrangements

• Share your knowledge about our blooms and gift collections to guide their purchases

• Assist with sizing and styling (where applicable) and provide thoughtful suggestions

• Accurately handle transactions using our modern POS systems

• Maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting store atmosphere

• Help with product displays and ensure everything looks as stunning as our flowers

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (extra retail/customer service training is a plus)

• Experience in retail, customer service, or a flower shop is a big advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and helping them

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a love for delivering excellent service

• Arabic speaker preferred to serve our diverse clientele more effectively

• معالجة المعاملات بدقة باستخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع الحديثة

• الحفاظ على جو جميل ونظيف وجذاب في المتجر

• المساعدة في ترتيب العروض والتأكد من أن كل شيء يبدو رائعًا كما الزهور التي نبيعها

ما نبحث عنه

• دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله (التدريب الإضافي في التجزئة/خدمة العملاء يعد ميزة)

• خبرة في البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء أو في محل زهور هي ميزة كبيرة

• مهارات تواصل قوية—تحبين التحدث مع الناس ومساعدتهم

• موقف إيجابي، روح الفريق، وحب تقديم خدمة ممتازة
