Policy Analyst

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: Federal Tax Authority

Nationality: UAE Nationals only (Passport and Nationality required)
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Economics
Years of Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
Job Responsibilities:

Assist and participate in all internal and external meetings and prepare the necessary supporting materials.
Provide support in the development of policies aimed at improving voluntary compliance, reducing compliance costs, and combating tax evasion and avoidance.

Assist in developing tax policies that align with the country’s fiscal, economic, and social policy trends.
Gather inputs to measure and study the potential impact of international tax developments on the UAE and support the formulation of necessary tax policies.
Collect and unify inputs to help assess the potential tax impact of non-tax policies proposed by stakeholders, supporting the decision-making process.
