We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This full-time role will involve collaborating with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs, managing the recruitment process from job advertisements to candidate selection, and ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs

Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (internal and external)

Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms)

Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in final selection processes

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles

Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly

Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events

Assist in developing and maintaining the employer branding strategy

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies

Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review

فحص الطلبات وإجراء المقابلات الأولية لتقييم مدى توافق المرشحين مع الوظيفة

تنسيق المقابلات مع مديري التوظيف والمساعدة في عملية الاختيار النهائي

الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات قوية من المرشحين المؤهلين للأدوار الحيوية

إدارة وتحديث نظام تتبع المتقدمين (ATS) بشكل دوري
-
المشاركة في معارض الوظائف، والتوظيف من الجامعات، وأحداث التوظيف الأخرى
-
المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجية العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل

ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل وسياسات التوظيف الداخلية
