Document Controller

Job Responsibilities

Compile Initial & Final inspection reports including photographs of equipment.

Ensure that any modification is reviewed by the QC Supervisor and is properly controlled and documented.

Control the process of submitting QC data package of every job at the time of delivery.

Control the hard and scanned copies filing of all quality related records.

Prepare for audits & calibration.

Produce COC and ensure to compile final complete documentation.

Assist in effectively implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System across the business units.

Provide support for identifying work-specific international standards as part of facilitating competitive advantage for the business.

Support maintaining the API standards/specifications pertaining to product quality.

Interact with facility staff and other QC representatives for effective implementation of quality policies and procedures.

Control and update QC documents and records, ensure monthly reports are received on time, and prepare monthly QMS reports as directed by the QHSE Manager.

Responsible for the general housekeeping and cleaning of the area of working.

Actively participate in actions intended to advance the organization towards its vision.

Actively update job folders with records as required.

Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management processes, complying with all applicable requirements.

To ensure the company is able to deliver consistent and profitable growth through the application and continuous improvement.

Provide professional QA/QC support to the operational business unit ensuring the maintenance of a Quality Management System and application of the organisational Quality Policy.

Execute day to day QC activities in Workshop and providing Technical assistance on Site.

Support sending Equipment for Calibration and Maintaining Equipment's Register.

Coordinating in-house calibration activities in workshop.

Control the workshop inspection activities with the Quality & production engineers.

Reviewing the Quality documents, procedures, GA Drawings, final documentation etc on daily basis and issuing the Certificate of Conformance/Compliance for all the jobs.

Ensure following Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

Support Inspection team in Repair/Rework Recommendations for different types of rotating equipment (steam turbines, turbo compressors, generators, pumps, etc)

Reporting any non-conformance to Higher authorities and assisting QHSE Manager to conclude the Root Cause Analysis & Corrective actions on NC Jobs.

Support in all the NDE Processes RT, UT, MPT, PT, PMI as applicable.

Support in preparation of Day-to-Day activity reports – Quality Package (NDE (MPI, LP, RT),HVOF ,Lazer cladding , Low Speed Balancing, High Speed Balancing & (Review Reports), Inspection Reports.

التحكم في حفظ النسخ المطبوعة والممسوحة ضوئيًا لجميع السجلات المرتبطة بالجودة.

الاستعداد للتدقيق والمعايرة.

إنتاج شهادة المطابقة والتأكد من تجميع الوثائق النهائية الكاملة.

المساعدة في التنفيذ الفعال وصيانة نظام إدارة الجودة عبر وحدات الأعمال.

توفير الدعم لتحديد المعايير الدولية الخاصة بالعمل كجزء من تسهيل الميزة التنافسية للأعمال.

تنفيذ أنشطة مراقبة الجودة اليومية في ورشة العمل وتقديم المساعدة الفنية في الموقع.

تنسيق أنشطة المعايرة الداخلية في ورشة العمل.

مراقبة أنشطة تفتيش الورشة مع مهندسي الجودة والإنتاج.

التأكد من اتباع خطة جودة المشروع وخطة التفتيش والاختبار (ITP).

الدعم في جميع عمليات NDE RT، UT، MPT، PT، PMI حسب الاقتضاء.

الدعم في إعداد تقارير الأنشطة اليومية - حزمة الجودة (NDE (MPI، LP، RT)، HVOF، الكسوة بالليزر، موازنة السرعة المنخفضة، موازنة السرعة العالية و (تقارير المراجعة)، تقارير التفتيش.
