👨‍🔧 Position: MEP/Facility Supervisor

As an MEP/Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians across multiple sites, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations. This role demands a proactive leader with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex MEP issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

• Planning and scheduling team tasks and technician shifts.

• Performing site inspections and audits to ensure work quality and HSE compliance.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for specialized repairs or service contracts.

• Generating and maintaining detailed reports using MS Office tools.

• Communicating effectively with clients and facility stakeholders.

• Supporting energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced facilities environment.

🎓 Candidate Requirements

✅ 3–5 years of proven experience in the GCC Facilities Management sector
✅ ITI certification or diploma in a relevant trade
✅ Strong troubleshooting and technical leadership skills
✅ Mandatory possession of a valid UAE manual driver’s license
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting
✅ Basic English and Hindi language skills (additional regional languages are a plus)
✅ Priority will be given to candidates ready for immediate joining (Visit visa or canceled visa holders who can join within 5–7 days)

تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وصيانة أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والكهرباء والسباكة والمباني.

🎓 متطلبات المرشح 

✅ خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في قطاع إدارة المرافق في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
✅ شهادة أو دبلوم معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مهنة ذات صلة
✅ مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والقيادة الفنية
✅ حيازة إلزامية لرخصة قيادة يدوية سارية المفعول في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ✅ إجادة استخدام Microsoft Word و Excel لإعداد التقارير ✅ مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية والهندية (اللغات الإقليمية الإضافية هي ميزة إضافية) ✅ ستُعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المستعدين للانضمام الفوري (حاملي تأشيرة الزيارة أو حاملي التأشيرات الملغاة الذين يمكنهم الانضمام في غضون 5 إلى 7 أيام)
