IT Infrastructure Head – Secure & High-Performance Systems

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the entire IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, backup, data centers, and cloud platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems to support healthcare, academic, and research functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage operation and maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems, both on-premises and cloud.
Ensure performance, availability, security, and compliance of infrastructure systems.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Oversee infrastructure projects such as upgrades and migrations.
Coordinate with application, cybersecurity, and biomedical teams.
Develop and enforce policies, standards, and documentation.
Lead and mentor engineering teams fostering operational excellence.
Participate in capacity planning, risk assessment, and budgeting.
Ensure quick response during major incidents or disaster recovery drills.
Keep updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (required).
Master’s degree in IT Management, Cybersecurity, or related (preferred).
Relevant certifications: ITIL Foundation (advanced preferred), CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS Certified.

Experience Requirements:

10 years in IT infrastructure operations.
5 years in leadership/management roles, ideally in healthcare, academic, or research settings.
Proven experience managing hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + cloud).
Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, MOHAP).

الغرض من الوظيفة:
قيادة وإدارة العمليات الكاملة للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات بما يشمل الخوادم، الشبكات، التخزين، النسخ الاحتياطي، مراكز البيانات، ومنصات السحابة، لضمان أنظمة آمنة وموثوقة وعالية الأداء تدعم الوظائف الحيوية للرعاية الصحية، والتعليم، والبحث داخل المؤسسة.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

إدارة تشغيل وصيانة جميع أنظمة وخدمات البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، سواء المحلية أو السحابية.
ضمان أداء، توافر، أمان، والتزام البنية التحتية بالمعايير.
قيادة الاستجابة للحوادث، تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية.
الإشراف على مشاريع البنية التحتية مثل التحديثات والهجرات.
التنسيق مع فرق التطبيقات، الأمن السيبراني، والطب الحيوي.
تطوير وتطبيق السياسات والمعايير والوثائق الخاصة بالبنية التحتية.

شهادة ماجستير في إدارة تقنية المعلومات، الأمن السيبراني، أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
شهادات مهنية مثل: ITIL Foundation (المستوى الأعلى مفضل)، CCNP، Microsoft Azure، AWS Certified.

متطلبات الخبرة:

10 سنوات في عمليات البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.
5 سنوات في أدوار قيادية أو إدارية، ويفضل في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، التعليم، أو البحث العلمي.

Flex Campus Coordinators Lead with Project Management Experience Needed

Job Purpose:
The Flex Campus Coordinators Lead plays a vital role in supporting operations, community building, and project implementation within the Flex Campus Network at Dubai Health. This role supervises Flex Campus Coordinators to ensure successful delivery of learning initiatives across Dubai Health sites, and manages the digital screen network, learning spaces, and related elements for integrated learning.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily activities of all Flex Campus Coordinators (FCCs).
Serve as main contact for FCCs, facilitating communication, guidance, and performance tracking.
Coordinate bi-weekly virtual and monthly in-person meetings with FCCs.
Support FCCs in planning and executing site-specific and cross-site projects.
Develop project tracking systems and share best practices.
Collaborate with Flex Campus Manager to deliver training and capacity-building sessions.
Collect data and feedback to evaluate the Flex Campus Network’s impact.
Work with IT, Engineering, Facilities to ensure platform integration and troubleshoot issues.
Administer and improve digital screen networks and booking platforms.
Monitor Learning Spaces usage and optimize engagement and maintenance.

Developmental Responsibilities:

Set performance objectives and ensure departmental plans are achieved.
Lead, manage, evaluate, and motivate team members.
Monitor resource usage and optimize effectiveness.
Conduct knowledge-sharing and onboarding programs for new employees.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management required.

جمع البيانات والملاحظات لتقييم أثر شبكة الحرم المرن.
التعاون مع فرق تقنية المعلومات والهندسة والمرافق لضمان تكامل الأنظمة وحل المشاكل.
إدارة وتحسين شبكة الشاشات الرقمية ومنصات الحجز.
مراقبة استخدام مساحات التعلم وتحسين المشاركة والصيانة.
