Requirements - Senior Engineer - Facade Design

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering

12+ years of façade design and engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead role

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, Rhino, and façade simulation tools (Therm, Flixo, Mepla)

Strong knowledge of international façade standards and UAE local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees)

Requirements - Logistics Manager - Delivery Coordination

15+ years experience managing material movement and site delivery schedules on UAE mega projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Civil, or Logistics

Strong vendor coordination and tracking skills

Requirements - Logistics Manager - Lifting Operations

15+ years experience overseeing heavy lifting and crane operations in UAE construction projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics

Expertise in rigging plans and safety compliance

إجادة استخدام AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, Rhino وأدوات محاكاة الواجهات (Therm, Flixo, Mepla)

معرفة قوية بمعايير الواجهات الدولية وموافقات الجهات المحلية في الإمارات (بلدية دبي، DDA، تراخيص)

الشروط - مدير لوجستيات - تنسيق التسليم

خبرة 15 سنة في إدارة حركة المواد وجدولة التسليم في مشاريع كبرى بالإمارات

درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة المدنية أو اللوجستيات

مهارات قوية في تنسيق الموردين والمتابعة

الشروط - مدير لوجستيات - عمليات الرفع

خبرة 15 سنة في الإشراف على عمليات الرفع الثقيلة والرافعات في مشاريع البناء في الإمارات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو اللوجستيات

خبرة في خطط التعليق والامتثال للسلامة
