🔸 Architecture (BIM/CAD)

Skilled in developing architectural models and drawings using Revit/CAD. Must have a strong eye for detail and coordination with other disciplines.

🔸 MEP (BIM/CAD)
Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing modeling using Revit/CAD. Should understand clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.

🔸 Electrical (BIM/CAD)
Create and modify electrical layouts, cable routing, and panel diagrams in BIM/CAD platforms with accuracy and technical compliance.

🔸 Civil 3D Draftsman

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D for roads, grading, utilities, and infrastructure design. Must know surface modeling and profile generation.

🔸 Landscape (BIM/CAD)
Experienced in landscape design drawings, planting plans, and hardscape detailing using Revit/CAD tools.

🔸 CAD ID Fit-out / Joinery Draftsman
Skilled in interior design and joinery shop drawings. Should understand material specifications and detailing standards for fit-out works.

إجادة برنامج AutoCAD Civil 3D لتصميم الطرق والتسوية والمرافق والبنية التحتية . يشترط معرفة بنمذجة الأسطح

لديه خبرة في رسومات تصميم المناظر الطبيعية وخطط الزراعة وتفاصيل المناظر الطبيعية باستخدام أدوات Revit/ CAD .

ماهر في التصميم الداخلي ورسومات ورشة النجارة . يجب أن يفهم مواصفات المواد ومعايير التفاصيل لأعمال التشطيبات .​
