1. Operations Picking Supervisor

Location: Dubai
Role Overview:
Oversee teams responsible for grocery order picking, inventory management, supplier ordering, and store requirements supervision. Ensure accuracy in stocktaking, monitor supplies, and guarantee that orders are correctly prepared and handed over to the appropriate drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory updates, including regular stock counts.

• Place stock orders and manage receipt of shipments from suppliers.

• Supervise and support the picking team.

• Oversee store requirements and ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure efficient use of the POS system.

• Ensure orders are correctly assigned to the right drivers.

2. Operations Associate

Location: Dubai
Role Overview:
Provide daily support to logistics and delivery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that maintain driver and customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for drivers by managing their needs, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new drivers, schedule their shifts.

• Handle driver inquiries and assist in resolving operational issues.

• Monitor delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and logistics.

3. Senior Sales Associate

Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Overview:
Execute field sales tasks aimed at attracting and onboarding new restaurant and food outlet partners to the Careem Food Delivery network. Requires strong sales and negotiation skills to work with various types of restaurants, from large chains to small and medium outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential restaurant partners.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and close business deals.

• Activate and expand the Careem Food partner network in the market.

• Work independently within a team empowered to make decisions and take responsibility.

4. Operations Lead – Logistics

Location: Dubai
Role Overview:
Lead and manage daily driver fleet operations, focusing on improving team performance and coordinating work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) and strong leadership skills are required to ensure optimal operation and effective resolution of operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily performance of the driver fleet.

• Coordinate efforts between various teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Address operational issues and work on effective solutions.

• Motivate teams and develop their skills to achieve operational goals.

تشرف على فرق الموظفين المسؤولين عن تجهيز طلبات البقالة، إدارة المخزون، الطلب من الموردين، والإشراف على متطلبات المتجر. ستقوم بالتأكد من دقة عمليات الجرد، متابعة توريدات البضائع، وضمان أن الطلبات تُجهز بشكل صحيح وتُسلم للسائقين المناسبين.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة تحديثات المخزون، بما في ذلك عمليات الجرد الدورية.

• طلب المخزون وإدارة استلام الشحنات من الموردين.

• الإشراف على فريق العاملين في عملية التحضير (Pickers) ودعمهم.
