Job Summary:
This role is responsible for quantity surveying functions across development projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and company policies. The Quantity Surveyor assists in cost planning, reviews external cost consultants, and provides strategic insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and advise on all matters related to procurement and commercial management before and after contract administration.

Support meetings with consultants, project directors/managers, and development directors/managers to carry out the quantity surveying functions within the Commercial Department.
2- Senior Learning and Development Specialist
Job Summary:
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist plays a key role in identifying, planning, and implementing training and development programs aligned with BEYOND’s strategic goals. This position works closely with HR and department heads to foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

استلام ومراجعة جميع الرسومات من المقاولين الفرعيين للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع.
الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع لضمان سير المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني والتصميم المعتمد.
إجراء فحوصات منتظمة لمراقبة التقدم وجودة العمل وإبلاغ مدير المشروع.
الموافقة على إتمام كل مرحلة من البناء قبل بدء المرحلة التالية.
فحص مواد البناء عند تسليمها للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات والمعايير.
إجراء فحوصات في مصانع المواد للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات قبل الشحن والتسليم.
