Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Professional Certification:

Mandatory certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.

 Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Background in managing finance in complex, matrixed, or multinational organizations.

Technical Proficiency:

Deep expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and presentation tools.

Leadership Attributes:

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Influential communicator, capable of engaging board-level stakeholders.

Resilient, decisive, and capable of driving transformation in a dynamic environment.Preferred Background:

MEP ESTIMATOR / QS

Key Skills for Success:

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their cost implications.

Proficiency in costing and estimation software like AutoCAD, Primavera, or CostX.

المؤهلات:

تعليم:

درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال؛ ويفضل درجة الماجستير (MBA أو ما يعادلها).

الشهادة المهنية:

الشهادات الإلزامية مثل CA أو CPA أو ACCA أو CIMA.

 خبرة:

أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة التقدمية في مجال التمويل المؤسسي، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي كبير.

سجل حافل في الاستراتيجية المالية وإدارة المخاطر وإعداد التقارير على المستوى التنفيذي.

خبرة في إدارة التمويل في المنظمات المعقدة أو المترابطة أو المتعددة الجنسيات.

الكفاءة الفنية:

خبرة عميقة في النمذجة المالية والتمويل المؤسسي وأسواق رأس المال.

إتقان أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (على سبيل المثال، SAP، Oracle، NetSuite) وأدوات BI.
