Service Coordinator

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Biomedical, Business Administration, or equivalent

Min. 2 years’ experience in biomedical service coordination, medical equipment service sales, or related admin role

Strong MS Excel skills (mandatory)

Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities

Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Currently available in UAE

English required; Arabic is a plus

Sales Coordinator

At least 3 years of proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the medical or engineering sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.

Expertise in Sales Order Management and quotation preparation

Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP or Oracle for managing sales processes

Treasury Officer

 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and forecast daily, short-term, and long-term cash flow needs

Ensure sufficient liquidity to support operations

Manage online/offline banking applications including LCs and bank guarantees

Liaise with banks for day-to-day transactions and ensure KYC documentation is up to date

Perform interest computations, accruals, and oversee bank reconciliations

Support debt management by tracking loan agreements and repayments

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations

Provide insights for budgeting and strategic planning

متطلبات:

بكالوريوس/دبلوم في الطب الحيوي أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تنسيق الخدمات الطبية الحيوية، أو مبيعات خدمات المعدات الطبية، أو دور إداري ذي صلة

مهارات قوية في استخدام برنامج MS Excel (إلزامي)

مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم وتعدد المهام

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة

متوفر حاليًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة

اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في وظيفة إدارية أو في دور مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في القطاع الطبي أو الهندسي.
