Camp Boss

  Requirements:

 Minimum of 5 Years work experience in UAE.

 Strong commanding ability to supervise and control camp residents.

 Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Urdu.

 Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

 Job Descriptions:

 Manages Labor Camp accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance, safety & security, daily inspections.

 Maintains discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.

 Keeping track of camp man days and sending daily and monthly reports to the HR Department.

 Reporting of daily absenteeism to HR/Admin team along with the valid reason for each instance.

 Ability to Coordinate with the HR team and construction Sites.

Lifting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement detailed lift plans, including assessing load weights, selecting appropriate equipment, and coordinating with other site activities to ensure smooth operations.

Team Supervision and Training: Lead and supervise a team of riggers, crane operators, and other personnel, providing training and guidance on lifting procedures and safety protocols.

Safety Compliance and Risk Assessment: Conduct pre-lift risk assessments, implement control measures to prevent accidents, and ensure all lifting operations comply with health and safety regulations.

Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Monitor the condition and maintenance of lifting equipment, ensuring all machinery is fit for use and properly inspected and serviced according to schedules.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, including inspection records, permits, and licenses, and provide regular reports to project managers on the status of lifting operations.

Mechanical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

 To prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.

 To provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.

 To take part in testing and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting.

 Analyzation of mechanical and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.

 Identifying problems in the design, planning, manage and delivering multiple projects.

 Mechanical Engineer has to plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.

رئيس المخيم

  متطلبات:

 - خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

 قدرة قيادية قوية على الإشراف والسيطرة على سكان المخيم.

 مهارات التواصل الجيدة باللغة الإنجليزية / الهندية / الأردية.

 - معرفة الإجراءات والأنظمة الإدارية والكتابية.

 الوصف الوظيفي:

 إدارة أماكن الإقامة في معسكر العمل والتي تتضمن التنظيف والصيانة والسلامة والأمن والفحوصات اليومية.

 يحافظ على الانضباط في المخيم ويتبع سياسات الشركة/المخيم.

 متابعة أيام عمل العاملين في المخيم وإرسال التقارير اليومية والشهرية إلى قسم الموارد البشرية.

 الإبلاغ عن حالات الغياب اليومية إلى فريق الموارد البشرية/الإدارة مع السبب الصحيح لكل حالة.

 القدرة على التنسيق مع فريق الموارد البشرية ومواقع البناء.

مشرف الرفع

المسؤوليات:

التخطيط والتنسيق: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرفع التفصيلية، بما في ذلك تقييم أوزان الأحمال، واختيار المعدات المناسبة، والتنسيق مع أنشطة الموقع الأخرى لضمان التشغيل السلس.

الإشراف على الفريق والتدريب: قيادة والإشراف على فريق من عمال الرفع ومشغلي الرافعات وغيرهم من الموظفين، وتوفير التدريب والتوجيه بشأن إجراءات الرفع وبروتوكولات السلامة.
