🔧 Job Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct scheduled maintenance on forklifts, cranes, bobcats, scissor lifts, etc.

• Inspect systems and top off fluids, replace filters, lubricate parts.

Corrective Maintenance & Repairs

• Diagnose and fix faults in engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics.

• Replace worn-out parts, overhaul systems, perform welding if needed.

Advanced Troubleshooting

• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to solve equipment issues efficiently.

Safety & Equipment Checks

• Carry out safety inspections, pre/post-operation checks, and equipment testing.

Specialized Equipment Servicing

• Handle maintenance for brands like CAT, Linde, Combilift, Tadano, Terex, Bobcat, and Karcher.

• Perform repairs on complex hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain service logs, complete work orders, and communicate with supervisors.

Workplace Safety

• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and ensure clean working conditions.

✅ Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive or Diesel Mechanics

Experience

• 5–7 years in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills

• Language: English and/or Hindi preferred

• Physical stamina and adaptability to outdoor environments

• استخدام أدوات التشخيص وقراءة المخططات الفنية لتحديد الأعطال بدقة.

الفحوصات والسلامة

• تنفيذ فحوصات سلامة دورية، وتقييم المعدات قبل وبعد التشغيل.

صيانة معدات متخصصة

• صيانة معدات CAT، Linde، Combilift، Tadano، Terex، Bobcat، Karcher وغيرها.

• إصلاح الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والكهربائية المتقدمة.

التوثيق والتقارير

• حفظ سجلات دقيقة لأعمال الصيانة، وتقديم تقارير مفصلة للإدارة.

السلامة المهنية

• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة، واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية، والحفاظ على مكان عمل منظم.

✅ المؤهلات

التعليم

• دبلوم أو شهادة في ميكانيكا السيارات أو ميكانيكا الديزل

الخبرة

• من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في صيانة المعدات الثقيلة

المهارات

• معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة محركات الديزل، والهيدروليك، والكهرباء

• مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والعمل ضمن فريق

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية و/أو الهندية

Details

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Technician to lead maintenance and technical support activities for a range of electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while executing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work orders, wiring diagrams, and obtain permits with proper documentation

• Execute isolation/de-isolation procedures for electrical systems

• Diagnose faults, conduct electrical tests, and supervise repair processes

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations

• Ensure compliance with HSE and fire safety procedures during all work activities

• Submit detailed activity reports including time, materials used, and cause of fault

• Train junior technicians and provide technical coaching

• Participate in technical reviews and suggest improvements or alternatives

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (LV/HV systems, welding machines, automatic controls)

• Advanced English communication skills

• Knowledge of safety codes, regulatory standards, and electrical best practices

الشروط

• دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الصيانة الكهربائية (أنظمة الجهد العالي والمنخفض، آلات اللحام، أنظمة التحكم الأوتوماتيكي)

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا

• معرفة جيدة بالقوانين والمعايير الكهربائية

• قدرة على إدارة الأولويات والتكيف مع المتغيرات

• عقلية تركز على خدمة العملاء والعمل الجماعي
