Wheel & Brake Technician

Key Result Responsibilities

Reviews assigned task cards with the Engineer-in-Charge to gain full understanding of the work, priorities, documentation requirements and cautions, prior to starting work. 

Assists the Engineer to constantly verify and ensure compatibility and readiness of wheels and brakes stock as per approved standards and quantity to be used as and when needed.

Prepares and performs scheduled component maintenance according to assigned task cards, ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions.

Carries out related test and inspection tasks to the standard necessary to fully identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.

Ensures proper tooling / equipment is ready to perform tasks, returning all of it in good condition following completion of work.

Battery Shop Technician

Key Result Responsibilities

Constantly verifies and ensures compatibility and readiness of Battery Shop stock as per approved standards and quantity to be used as and when needed.

Reviews assigned task cards with the Workshop Supervisor to gain full understanding of the work, priorities, documentation requirements and cautions, prior to starting work. 

Prepares and performs scheduled Batteries maintenance according to assigned task cards, ensuring feasibility and cost effectiveness; ensures that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions (wherever applicable).

Carries out component Batteries test and inspection tasks to the standard necessary to fully identify and record any defects or damage in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.

Performs defect troubleshooting and rectification in accordance with approved data and instructions provided by Engineering Department.

Signs off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of own authorisation, verifying that the task card and associated documents have been completed to the required standard following completion of all maintenance.

Production Controller - Abu Dhabi

Key Result Responsibilities

Carries out necessary document control and verification of all the heavy maintenance tasks and work packages documentation received from the “Maintenance Planning” ensuring they are all prepared, distributed, and displayed on the action board.

Ensures proper awareness of relevant TPM, MOE Manual procedures for Production Control in all checks executed, this includes A-checks, C-checks, Engine and APU change checks. 

Distributes the planned maintenance cards in the Control Docks maintaining proper sequence and order in the display. 

Processes, prioritizes, distributes and ensures the proper execution of any additional maintenance cards resulting from the inspection (Pre-docking, ship-shop-ship/ inspection/ routine/clean/lube/servicing/final inspection). 

Monitors the maintenance work progress continuously to ensure smooth workflow; reports to the “Supervisor -Maintenance Planning & Records” any delay or deviation from the planned flow chart and implements corrective measures accordingly.

Raises non routine maintenance cards for all defects incoming from the Crew and recorded in the Technical Log Book/Cabin Log; follows up on the proper action as per adopted procedures.

يقوم بإعداد وتنفيذ صيانة المكونات المجدولة وفقًا لبطاقات المهام المخصصة، مع التأكد من الحصول على الوثائق والأجزاء والأدوات ومعدات الدعم الأرضي المطلوبة واستخدامها وفقًا للتعليمات الصادرة.

يقوم بإعداد وتنفيذ صيانة البطاريات المجدولة وفقًا لبطاقات المهام المخصصة، مع ضمان الجدوى والفعالية من حيث التكلفة؛ ويضمن الحصول على الوثائق والأجزاء والأدوات ومعدات الدعم الأرضي المطلوبة واستخدامها وفقًا للتعليمات الصادرة (حيثما ينطبق ذلك).

يقوم بمهام اختبار وتفتيش مكونات البطاريات وفقًا للمعايير اللازمة لتحديد وتسجيل أي عيوب أو أضرار بالكامل وفقًا لإجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة.

يقوم باستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وفقًا للبيانات والتعليمات المعتمدة المقدمة من قبل قسم الهندسة.

يوقع على مهام الصيانة التي تم إجراؤها أو الإشراف عليها ضمن نطاق تفويضه الخاص، والتحقق من أن بطاقة المهمة والمستندات المرتبطة بها قد تم إكمالها وفقًا للمعيار المطلوب بعد الانتهاء من جميع أعمال الصيانة.

يقوم بإجراء مراقبة المستندات اللازمة والتحقق من جميع مهام الصيانة الثقيلة ووثائق حزم العمل الواردة من "تخطيط الصيانة" والتأكد من إعدادها جميعًا وتوزيعها وعرضها على لوحة العمل.

ضمان الوعي المناسب بإجراءات TPM ودليل MOE ذات الصلة للتحكم في الإنتاج في جميع الفحوصات التي يتم تنفيذها، وهذا يشمل فحوصات A وC وفحوصات تغيير المحرك ووحدة الطاقة المساعدة. 

يقوم بتوزيع بطاقات الصيانة المخطط لها في وحدات التحكم مع الحفاظ على التسلسل والنظام المناسبين في العرض. 

معالجة وتحديد أولويات وتوزيع وضمان التنفيذ السليم لأي بطاقات صيانة إضافية ناتجة عن التفتيش (قبل الإرساء، السفينة - ورشة العمل - السفينة / التفتيش / الروتيني / التنظيف / التشحيم / الخدمة / التفتيش النهائي). 

يقوم بمراقبة تقدم أعمال الصيانة بشكل مستمر لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة؛ ويبلغ "المشرف - تخطيط الصيانة والسجلات" عن أي تأخير أو انحراف عن مخطط التدفق المخطط له وينفذ التدابير التصحيحية وفقًا لذلك.

يقوم برفع بطاقات الصيانة غير الروتينية لجميع العيوب الواردة من الطاقم والمسجلة في سجل السجل الفني / سجل المقصورة؛ ويتابع الإجراء المناسب وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة.
