Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.

• MRICS accreditation preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC or similar).

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in cost management software such as CostX or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cost planning and estimating across all project stages.
